That experience clarified something I’ve carried into every role since: in high-stakes environments, the person who can think strategically and execute technically is the one who matters when it counts.

Since then — E*TRADE, Treliant, FTI Consulting, and now Citi as SVP in the Transformation Office — I’ve led programs that had to be right, not just fast. A $2.1B consent order portfolio. OCC and Federal Reserve regulatory reporting. 200+ professionals coordinated across global workstreams. 100% compliance, formal regulatory commendation.

In parallel, I’ve been building.

Not as a side project. As a discipline. An 18-agent production AI system. A 34,000-line content automation engine managing five brands end-to-end. A 7-agent governance suite. A manuscript pipeline that reduced book preparation from 40 hours to under 2. Systems that are live, authenticated, audited, and running.

I call this being an Agentic Executive — directing AI agents the same way I direct people. With clear objectives, governance frameworks, measurable outcomes, and full accountability. No black boxes. No autonomous financial or legal action without explicit human approval. Every decision reviewable.

This practice exists because that combination — enterprise program leadership and production AI architecture — is what the market needs and rarely finds in one person.
